Risk
This condition may cause an inadequate seal at the connection, potentially leading to a fuel leak. In the presence of an ignition source, a fire could occur.
Remedy
Honeywell will notify owners and replace the fuel filters free of charge. the recall began on october 18, 2006. owners may contact fram customer service at 1-800-890-2075 (option 1).

Exhaust gas leakage into passenger compartment of jaguar XJ6 and xjr (1995-1997)sedan from cracked exhaust manifolds. These cracks are a very common fault on these vehicles. The cracks are difficult to see because of heat shields. Jaguar has no upgraded part . Relacement manifolds crack in 20,000miles.*jb
- Vehicle speed control
Vehicle will stall out at highway speeds when decelerating or slowing down. Contacted dealer who noted that consumer needed to come every so often to get throttle linkages and control cleaned so vehicle will stop stalling. *ak dealer stated that throttle body gets stuck on deceleration and needs to be cleaned every 5-10 thousand miles. *slc
