Serial Number 7C1HH0109 - Super C cab-over/front-cap-to-coach joint separation, fastener or attachment failures, and associated fiberglass damage. Significant separation has become visibly evident where the Freightliner cab connects to the coach. Where the cab-over section joins the main coach body the full vertical seams on both sides have separated with some areas exceeding 1 inch in depth of separation. The entire vertical seem is now separated showing exposed screw threads, and apparently vacant or damaged fastener holes with few connection points remaining. The horizontal seam on both sides is also visibly separating with fiberglass cracking stemming in multiple directions from the horizontal connection points. These conditions raise concern about possible loosening or failure of the attachment system and further separation during travel, potentially endangering occupants and other motorists. A qualified engineering inspection is needed to determine the cause, structural integrity, and safety of continued operation. Our RV has only 24,117 miles and was not involved in a collision and mileage was primarily highway miles to entertain at football tailgates and horseshows. The visible separation became evident in Sept 2026. Prior separation was masked by seams sealed with sealants that the sun has aged making the separation now visible. The cab over section has significant fiberglass cracking and damage from the related movement. Several photos I took in Sept 2026 demonstrate: - The open vertical body joint with visible joint separation extending the entire vertical seam - Exposed/displaced fasteners and vacant/damaged fastening locations - The overall cab-over/coach geometry showing pressure points evenly distributed both horizontally and vertically on both the passenger and driver sides. - Cracking and joint openings around the cab-over/coach transitions with substantial fiberglass cracking Jayco notified and replied looking into this with no progress
