Fuel line coupling pulled out of fuel tap causing a fuel leak. noticed fuel odor and drops coming from fuel line connection to fuel tap nipple and suspected a cracked line or hose. when I removed the fuel hose from the fuel tap the entire nipple pulled out of the fuel tap body. the fuel tap IS the on/off valve body right under the tank. the fuel line feeds directly from the tap body to the carbs and leakage falls directly on the hot engine. I pushed the nipple back into the body of the cast fuel tap but feel it IS not as secure as it should be. happened one time. *Tr
