If the microwave starts on its own and there are contents inside, a fire could result.
Remedy
Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will repair the membrane/keypad component, free of charge. The recall began on April 30, 2014. Owners may contact Keystone Customer Service by calling 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 14-204.

TL* the contact owns a 2014 keystone big sky. The contact stated that the spare tire underneath the vehicle was encountering the ground. The contact independently tightened the wrench that held the spare tire underneath the vehicle. The failure recurred while driving at 45 mph. As a result the spare tire mounting rack fractured, the latter was bent, the belly pan was fractured, and the fiber glass was damaged. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
