2012 kzrv sportsmen trailer. consumer writes in regards to slide and brakes malfunction. *smd the consumer stated the slide was difficult to slide out and would not go in. Also, three of the brake cables were completely cut through and the fourth one, on the left rear wheel was cut almost completely through except for two wires of the cable. It was enough wire for electricity to flow to the left rear wheel when the brakes were applied, to build-up excessive heat. Three of the brakes pads looked completely new, and the fourth one had completely burned off. Also, the water pump was replaced. In august, the consumer purchased wheel covers to put on the tires. He discovered the cover on the right side, would not go on. It seemed as though something was catching, so he looked under the camper to see what was catching the cover and to his dismay, the wheel wells of both the right side wheels were completely torn out, including all of the cover, and insulation. The plastic from the torn wheel well was approximately 12-14 inches long, which was stopping the cover from going on.*jb
