  My vehicle purchased less than 2 months ago has defective windshield that displays numerous scratches at night only. vision IS distorted causing headaches when oncoming vehicles lights hit the windshield. this was brought to the attention of my lexus dealer after driving at night for the first time and has been at the dealership for unsuccessful repair three times to date. my loaner vehicle, which IS a 2017, has the same issue. I have also sat in three other nx200's at the dealership that have the same issue. dealership won't fix until lexus acknowledges issue and comes out with a fix for the issue. *tr

  TL* the contact owns a 2016 lexus nx200. While stationary, the vehicle independently shifted out of park and struck the contact. The failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. There was one injury that required medical attention. The contact stated that the lower calf, ankle, and both feet were run over along with bruises and blisters on both legs. There was also numbness to the left leg. The failure mileage was not provided.

The download and installation process requires between 3 and 15 minutes to complete, depending on file size, cellular connection speed, and other factors. Following the download and installation procedure, individual Enform apps may periodically update through an over-the-air update system. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to perform the download/installation procedure and app updates.

First type is generation 6 or 7 which utilizes HDD (Hard Disc Drive). Pioneer models that begin with NXH, have Map Data, Operating System and other Information in the Hard Disc Drive. With this system if a radio is being sent back for an exchange. The original Hard Disc Drive needs to be removed and installed into the newly serviced radio. 2. The Second type is Generation 8 Navigation system which utilizes the Micro SD Card. Pioneer models that begin with NXF, have map data in the Micro SD card. This is a customer accessible Micro SD card which can be found behind the front flip cover. The original Micro SD card should be removed and installed into the newly serviced radio.

The engine control module/ecm (sae term: powertrain control module/pcm) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition occurring.
