• 10179766TSB: Some 2018 ? 2020 model year Lexus vehicles equipped with the Enform? 2.0 Navigation System require a Special Service Tool (SST) USB flash drive to update the map, points of interest, and system software. The SST is used with applicable vehicles to deliver the update; however, the process for generating license keys differs from previous generations. Before attempting to perform a map update, the head unit?s expiration date must be checked. If the expiration date is still valid, a license key may be generated without the use of an activation card number. Updating the maps without the use of an activation card number is considered an Embedded Navigation Update (refer to pg. 10) and performing this process does not extend the duration of telematic map services. If the head unit?s expiration date is expired or will expire within the next 90 days, it should be recommended to the customer to purchase an activation number. Utilizing an activation number will initiate a Dynamic Navigation Update (refer to pg. 4). This Dynamic Navigation Update will perform the Embedded Navigation Update and provide telematic map services for a period of two years from the day that the Dynamic Navigation Update is performed. Activation card numbers are provided in an activation card number pamphlet available through the normal parts ordering system.
• 10179725TSB: Some 2018 ? 2020 model year Lexus vehicles with Panasonic navigation (version 1050) or earlier may exhibit one or more of the following conditions: ?The analog clock shows one hour ahead, then immediately adjusts back one hour after ACC ON. ?No Sound and Reset when playing Spotify via Bluetooth Audio. Some 2018 ? 2020 model year Lexus vehicles with Panasonic navigation (version 1030) or earlier may exhibit one or more of the following conditions: ?WiFi becomes inoperative/could not be enabled. ?Navigation reset while driving. ?Navigation shows vehicle in the wrong location. Some 2019 model year ES 300h and ES 350 vehicles with Panasonic navigation (version 1000) may exhibit one or more of the following conditions: ?No sound after an incoming Bluetooth phone call. ?Excessive severe weather alert messages. A software update is now available to address these conditions. Follow the Software Update Procedure in this bulletin to address these conditions.

Applicability has been updated to include 2019 model year UX200 and UX250h vehicles. Service Bulletin No. L-SB-0108-17 is obsolete and any printed versions should be discarded. A battery in a stored vehicle is subject to conditions that can reduce its performance and life. These conditions include storage period, temperature, parasitic drain, and battery load. Because of these factors, battery inspection and maintenance are required to ensure proper operation and optimal battery life. As a matter of policy, Toyota does not provide battery warranty coverage for discharged and/or failed batteries due to lack of maintenance. It is the dealer?s responsibility to maintain the specified State-Of-Charge (SOC) of the vehicle?s battery while in stock and ensure proper SOC at delivery. To eliminate customer service concerns due to an undercharged battery during the first few weeks of ownership, ALL dealers should check battery SOC and recharge, if necessary, within 48 hours of delivery to customers.

Applicability has been updated to include 2019 model year UX200 and UX250h vehicles. Service Bulletin No. L-SB-0112-17 is obsolete and any printed versions should be discarded. Long-term or off-site storage requires special care to keep vehicles factory fresh and ready for delivery. The following guidelines should be performed to minimize vehicle component/part degradation due to extended vehicle storage conditions. Long-term storage can affect vehicle systems and components. Any problems that are found should be corrected immediately.
• 10153191TSB: During the manufacturing process, tires are mounted on the vehicle as matched sets to help reduce conditions such as pulling or drifting. If the wheels are replaced or refinished before vehicle delivery, it is important that the tires remain on the vehicle in the same location and in the same direction of rotation. Refer to the Tire Positioning Procedure in this bulletin to ensure that the original tires stay in the same location on the vehicle.
