  Mack Trucks, Inc. (Mack) is recalling certain 2010-2018 MRU and 2019-2025 Terrapro towing vehicles. The vehicles are missing the anti-lock brake (ABS) warning light and circuitry that controls the anti-lock brake function for an attached trailer.   Risk and remedy

  Risk

  Driving without a functioning anti-lock brake system may result in the trailer not braking as intended, increasing the risk of a crash.

  Remedy

  Dealers will add an ABS warning light and circuitry, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 28, 2025. Owners may contact Mack's customer service at 1-800-866-1177. Mack's number for this recall is SC0474.

  2018 mack gru with 40K has two cracked front wheels made by alcoa. We have 10 other trucks 2012 to 2019 with same wheels and no cracks. After little research on the internet it IS obvious many other people are having this problem on buses, rvs, and trucks. Strange we would have 2 on same truck and no others. It IS easy to assume the aluminum alloy IS not right. Very dangerous!!!! Pictures attached, you are welcome to wheels, not looking for anything, just giving information

• 11000831CBR: Vehicles built with an 11 liter engine may experience a complaint of excessive fuel in the oil. It is possible that the source of the fuel is the rear fuel galley plug in the cylinder head. A new and improved fuel galley plug has been developed to resolve this issue.
• 11000823Emission Recall: Mack Trucks has identified that the Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) system in certain vehicles equipped with the MY 2017 or 2018 MP8 (13L VGT) engine are not meeting California and EPA emissions standards, or Mack cannot confirm its compliance. These vehicles have been flagged due to telematics data showing that the NOx conversion efficiency of the SCR system has dropped below 94% for eight weeks. Alternatively, these vehicles may have communication issues with telematics, such as not reporting or ceasing reporting for the same period.

The new HD shaft has a new design to increase strength, longevity and life over the standard shaft.
