  Front cross members and lower control arm recall. this crossbar has been recalled and I have been having trouble for 6 to 8 months now. today 9-7-16, I experienced a violent shaking of the steering wheel. I was doing about 40 mph and the steering wheel starts shaking, I slowed down and stopped and then got back up to 30 mph and the shaking came back, I did this 3 or 4 times. I have had in the shop at midas and joes garage and neither of them knows why it does this. I have been afraid to drive it but I need my car. it finally stopped doing it today after I came to a stop and started up again on the 5TH try. it seems to go away for awhile! I have called the dealership and the part has not been made for them to replace the recalled items. I have spent money on shocks, suspension, bearings, etc. what am I supposed to do if the two places I have taken it cannot figure it out. mitsubishi dealer told me to wait til the parts come in, because they would not be able to fix it without the parts?
