The dealer (jim reed's truck sales, inc, 742 old albany post rd, cortlandt, ny 10567, (914) 737-3990) diagnosed that the parts needed to be replaced. The dealer further indicated that the manufacturer did not have a solution. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was waiting to determine their solution.
