While driving 10 mph the contact heard a loud noise, after examining the vehicle the contact noticed that the rear passenger side wheel lug nuts had sheared off of the vehicle causing the wheel to fall off. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the wheel and lug nuts were replaced. The current and failure mileages were 61000. The vin was not available.
