Sabersport will notify owners and offer a full refund for the noncompliant combination lamps. the safety recall began on may 11, 2009. owners may contact sabersport at 1-909-598-7589.
Certain ck motorsports combination headlights, clear corner, bumper, and side marker lights sold as replacement lamps for use on the passenger vehicles listed above. some combination lamps that are not equipped with amber side reflectors fail to conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.

I am reporting a defect with the speedometer of my 1990 nissan pickup. I found that due to age that the speedometer needle droops down toward the face /dial of the speedometer and started rubbing. It made contact and stopped indicating at approx. 45 mph the first time. This got my son a ticket. I didn't believe him when he told me he wasn't speeding until I got a ticket. This time the needle was stuck at approx. 37 mph and wouldn't go any higher. I have cut the end of the needle off twice since then and it looks like it IS getting ready to rub again. I hope that this will make owners aware of this problem and may prevent them from getting a speeding ticket..detnegr t ag a. *ak
