On Sun April 7, 2024, I was entering the highway and was driving about 10 MPH due to congestion when the motorcycle stalled on me. I was able to start up the motorcycle and continued to my home. I purchased the motorcycle new in 2022. I had experienced the same issues a few times in 2022 and contacted the Piaggio of the issue. It took over two months before they were able to resolve this issue. I will contact Piaggio again of what I had experienced. This is a concern as it stalled on the highway which poses a serious safety issue.

- 10233973Dear Dealer / Service Centre / Authorised workshop, We hereby wish to inform you that the new engine ECU calibration dedicated to the model in question is available by download from the P.A.D.S. diagnostic tool (update the tool to the latest version available). The aforementioned operation is considered part of the normal scheduled maintenance required for the vehicle, and must be performed at the same time as other scheduled maintenance operations either during the pre-delivery procedure, for new vehicles, or at the first available opportunity when the vehicle is brought to the service centre, in the case of vehicles that have already been sold and are in use.
