I received an "important safety recall" letter from porsche with a claim # 01043235 on january 12TH, 2018 for the replacing of fastening screws for camshaft controllers. The nhtsa recall number IS 17v-368, the adjusting company for porsche IS pcna camshaft controller/adjuster and their control # 3415411996 and their phone # 1-877-919-6430. I visited gaudin porsche 6800 redwood st las vegas NV 89118, 702-383-6060 soon after receiving the recall notice and spoke with paul the service adviser and was advised that my porsche replacement parts were not available yet as they had not been created. Several months passed so I called the dealership to follow up and advised the parts were still not available. In the interim I maintained contact with porsche and their claims adjusting agency pcna and was advised that my recall would be honored by any porsche dealership in the country and that all previous documented expenses related to previous camshaft repairs would be reimbursed. I submitted $6117.89 of miscellaneous expenses. I contacted gaudin porsche again today 3/29/2018 to advise paul the service adviser I would be towing my vehicle to the dealership to have the recall work completed and to get new tires! Paul stated that possibly my recall work would not be honored since I had similar work completed on my porsche 3/09/2016. I went to the dealership with my recall letter and spoke with jimmy the general manager, paul the service adviser, toby the service manager and a field rep from porsche. All of these gentleman tried to inform me that my recall would not be honored and my claim was denied. My complaint IS against porsche cars north america, inc one porsche drive atlanta, ga 30354 and gaudin porsche for denying me the recall service that my recall letter states I'm entitled to. I want my recall repairs fixed and my claim for $6117.89 as the recall letter promised!
