Remedy
Dealers will install a supplementary tail light on the fiberglass cover of the spare tire free of charge. the recall began on december 22, 2008. owners may contact roadtrek at 1-888-762-3873.

The pillar sticker placed by roadtrek incorrectly described the tires as lt225/75r16 and recommended tire pressures of 65/80, when in fact the factory tires supplied were lt245/7516 with lower recommended tire pressures (50/65) for the loaded vehicle. roadtrek placed their sticker (at time of rv conversion) over what I assume to be the partially pealed off (sprinter/mercedes) factory pillar sticker, which was readable through the roadtrek sticker and indicated a tire size of lt245/75r16. this was only discovered by me last month june 2012, when I had to replace the original factory tires at 35,000 miles due to extreme wear (3/32 all four). I believe the incorrect pillar sticker pressure recommendation IS a direct cause of the excessive wear and IS a safety issue due to running the tires at higher than appropriate pressures. *tr
