Risk
Release of coolant under certain conditions could ignite and result in a fire.
Remedy
Sportsmobile will be working with dometic in order to repair these refrigerators (please see 06e076). dometic will repair these refrigerators by installing a secondary burn housing, a thermal fuse, and a melt fuse free of charge. the recall began on april 10, 2008. owners may contact dometic/stericycle at 1-888-446-5157 or sportsmobile at 1-512-835-4409.

The user of the lift could be injured should the lift move unintentionally.
Remedy
Dbnc IS working with ricon to correct the wheelchair lifts free of charge (please see 07e095). owners may contact ricon at 1-818-267-3000 or dbnc at 1-905-403-7807.
Certain buses equipped with ricon platform style wheelchair lifts fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 403, "platform lift systems for motor vehicles." the interlock switch system in the lift may not detect the presence of a passenger (either wheelchair or standee) on the ricon wheelchair platform lift.

In the event this condition occurs during passenger operations, it may be possible for the wheelchair to tip backwards onto the platform when the platform was lowered. this could result in injury to the wheelchair's occupant. also, anyone standing on the platform could lose his or her balance and fall, resulting in injury.
Remedy
Daimlerchrysler IS working with ricon to repair these wheelchair lifts (please see 06e101). owners can contact ricon at 800-322-2884 or daimlerchrysler at 1-800-882-8054.
On certain trucks distributed by dodge or freightliner and equipped with a tire valve, tr600, on 16" tires, the valve can develop cracks within the rubber part or between the metal part and the rubber part of the valve stem.
Risk and remedy
Risk
Such cracking may lead to a loss of air pressure at the valve stem, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the tire valves on all sprinter vehicles. the recall began on april 4, 2005. owners should contact daimlerchrysler at 1-800-853-1403.

TL* the contact owns a 2005 sprinter 2500 equipped with michelin ltx m/s tires, size: lt225/75/r16. While driving approximately 65-70 mph, the rear driver side tire blew out. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for inspection. The contact was informed that the failure was caused by tread separation. The tires were replacement tires. The tires were included in nhtsa campaign number: 13t012000 (tires). The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vin and dot number were unknown. The approximate tire failure mileage was 20,000 and the vehicle failure mileage was 106,000.

An EGR Block-Off Plate (53032739AA) must be ordered when installing this Long Block Assembly in a Non-EGR application. Unless, the EGR Block-Off Plate is being transferred from the old engine.

To prevent mix matching valve bodies and solenoid packs the connectors are color coded.~ Valve bodies with a white connector can be used on 2010, 2009, 2008..., model years. If the transmission bracket to the transmission case fasteners are removed during servicing, the fasteners (Part Number 06511385A$) are one-time usage. Vehicles built prior to 10/23/2015 requires Service Kit PN 68461214AA; includes Transmission Isolator PN 68264483AA, and Adaptation Bracket 68264479AA and Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA Vehicles built after on or after 10/23/2015 will require only the Fastener Service Kit PN 68329056AA. 2. All 3.6L/62TE equipped vehicles. If the vehicle you are repairing has a crack in the flex plate or failed pump bushing inspect and confirm that both (2) dowel pins are present in the engine block, which align the transmission center line to the crank shaft centerline and visually inspect the dowel alignment holes in the transmission case. If the holes are damaged or elongated the transmission should be replaced to prevent further damage to the transmission/flexplate or pump bushing due to the inability to properly align the engine to the transmission during the repair. 3. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If pump bushing is scored or damaged and the dowel pin alignment holes are ok, replace the pump assembly as opposed to complete transmission. 4. All 62TE equipped vehicles. If vehicle is jerking/slipping with MIL code(s) P0740 or P2764, check TCC Solenoid operation. If TCC Solenoid is ok, the codes are indicative of a torque converter failure. Replace the torque converter.
