Stator and regulator charging system failure resulting in motorcycle stalling and not being operable. Had to be removed from roadway creating unsafe condition. repaired under extended warranty by replacing stator and regulator/rectifier. Stator failure related to winding insulation failure to ground and overheating of regulator. *tr
Stator failed. Regulator failed. Bike stalled at intersection, had to push bike off road. I bought and replaced both parts because I could not afford to have dealer do the work. *kb
