Risk
An inadvertently overloaded motorhome due to an incorrect carrying capacity can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
TMC will notify owners, and dealers will issue new OCCC labels with correct seating positions and weight calculations, free of charge. The recall began November 21, 2019. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000176.

Unstable entry and exit steps increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Thor will notify owners, and dealers will install a retainer bracket to reinforce the operating mechanism and replace all of the affected bolts, free of charge. The recall began on January 6, 2016. Owners may contact Thor customer service at 1-877-855-2867. Thor's number for this recall is RC000111.

Risk and remedy
Risk
If a vehicle that has an incorrectly installed abutting wedge is involved in a severe frontal crash, a greater force may be necessary to open the doors, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners on behalf of Thor, and dealers will inspect and, if necessary, correct the installation of the abutting wedge, free of charge. The recall began on March 23, 2015. Owners may contact Thor customer service at 1-877-500-1020 or owners may contact Sprinter Customer Service at 1-877-762-8267.

Discovered today that the main shore electric breaker neutral was loose. From my examination the neutral bus screw was stripped and the wire was loose within the bus. This appears to be from original manufacture since the fastening screw would not loosen or tighten but was firmly stuck in the bus.…
Discovered today that the main shore electric breaker neutral was loose. From my examination the neutral bus screw was stripped and the wire was loose within the bus. This appears to be from original manufacture since the fastening screw would not loosen or tighten but was firmly stuck in the bus. I found this when trouble shooting the loss of shore power and the neutral wire cause a large spark when it made contact with the bus. As seen in the picture the neutral wire IS burned from possible from previous sparking. This could be a significant fire hazard form the sparking. I wanted to just send this to the manufacturer but their web site doesn't have e-mail contacts and doesn't allow picture uploading that I could tell. This occurred stationary in my driveway.

The access panel to the atwood furnace has the vents reversed so it allows rain and other debris to fall on to the electrical components of the furnace causing the system to short out. propane IS the fuel source for the heater and could lead to fire and possible explosion. this problem exists on many thor products including the siesta, axis, ace and vegas and possibly any model using the atwood furnace.
