Unsecured passengers have an increased risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and repair the seat belts as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 29, 2021. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-118.
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Tiffin Allegro RED, Allegro Open Road, Breeze, Bus, Phaeton, and Zephyr motorhomes. The entry door on these vehicles may have been improperly assembled, allowing the door to open while the vehicle is moving.

Risk
If the door comes open while the motorhome is moving, there is an increased risk of injury to the motorhome occupants.
Remedy
Tiffin will notify owners, and dealers will adjust the door lock mechanism, free of charge. The recall began on June 18, 2018. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-110.

Risk
In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Tiffin will notify owners, and instruct them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall began on February 5, 2018. Owners may contact Kidde customer service toll-free at 1-855-262-3540, or online at www.kidde.com and click on "Product Safety Recall" for more information. Owners may also contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661.

The motorhome will go into Check Engine and Low DEF fluid mode with the proper level of fluid in the tank. Once it went into the Limp Mode with the Red Check Engine light coming on without any warning. I had to get the motorhome towed to a service center. After the service center performed work to clear the code, I was able to drive it for 40 mins before the Check Engine light came on again....

TL* the contact owns a 2018 tiffin allegro red. The contact stated that while driving at 55 mph, the entry door unintentionally opened twice while the bottom latch was locked. The contact also mentioned that the dead bolt attached to the door fractured. The vehicle was taken to general rv center (14000 automall dr, huntley, il 60142 (847) 669-5570) where the vehicle was awaiting diagnosis and repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000.

There IS an existing recall for valve stem stabilizer,18v194. However my coach IS not listed. I have had two inside flat tires go flat because the stabilizer does not stay in place and allows the valve stem to rub a whole in itself by action against the wheel.

- 10208782Tiffin Motorhomes was notified by Daimler Trucks North America on behalf of Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation of a defect that exists on specific model year 2017 - 2022 Freightliner Custom Chassis X-Line chassis manufactured February 20, 2017 through November 18, 2021 that are equipped with a valve stem extension and stabilizer configured with a specific tire valve stem and wheel combination. Tiffin Motorhomes built motorhomes on these specific Freightliner chassis between April, 2017 through December 6, 2021. Certain chassis may have been built with the tire valve stem extension for the inner wheel contacting the outer wheel rim opening, potentially damaging the valve stem resulting in a loss of air pressure in the inner tire. A loss of air pressure in the inner tire on a motorhome with a single drive axle may overload the outer tire and increase the risk of a crash.
