Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2025 Zephyr motorhomes with floorplan 45PZ. The secondary emergency exit is incorrectly located on the same side as the primary emergency exit.
Risk and remedy
Risk
Incorrect placement of the emergency exit increases the risk of injury during an emergency.
Remedy
Dealers will install an egress window on the driver's side wall, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 23, 2025. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-144.
Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Phaeton, Allegro Bus, and Zephyr motorhomes. The PowerGlide chassis controller may have insufficient circuit protection, which can result in a blown fuse and cause an engine shutdown.
Risk and remedy
Risk
An engine shutdown increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will install circuit protection, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 13, 2024. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-141.

- 11011198Tiffin sent out letter asking customer to please review the enclosed information for the proper operation of the Starlink System in their Tiffin Motorhome. And after reviewing the information, to add it to their Owner's Manual for future reference.
- 11009618It has come to our attention that on certain Tiffin motorhomes equipped with optional Go Power! solar panel solar panels systems, the 30A inline fuse located before the cable entry plate should be removed. The plastic housing surrounding the fuse may become heat damaged from heat generated by the normal operation of the 30A fuse, which would cause the solar panel system to not operate as designed. Due to updated recommendations from Go Power!, Tiffin Motorhomes is removing this 30A fuse from the solar panel system.
- 11002835Tiffin Motorhomes was made aware by Riverpark that there is a risk of improper operation in the monitor of the XSG3NA Infotainment System Monitor. It was found that some monitors within a certain serial number range have the risk of not restoring the video image after either a power cycle of the monitor itself or a cycle of the input video signal. Customer is to call Riverpark to see if they are having this problem.
