On five occasions vehicle would suddenly surge forward intermittently . Acceleration appeared to occur whenever the vehicle was in low speed/ while parked/ when brake were applied or when vehicle would be coming to a stop. This problem has caused three accidents. dealer / manufacturer refused to accept responsibility. Can nhtsa help or provide additional information on this matter. *Mjs
