Failure of steering relay rod. second verified occurrence of this extreme safety related failure. both failures at slow speed in parking lot. toyota 1996 T100 pick up truck. vin #[xxx] and also vin [xxx]. inquiry from local dealer was ignored. failure of this control rod causes complete loss of steering. we are all cmatl1 techs at this independent repair facility and I have never sounded an alarm before.
