The air reservoir tank's volume will be increased to meet fmvss 121 requirements. owners will be asked to bring their vehicles to a dealer to have the remedy performed free of charge. the safety recall for owners of 2008 through 2010 ud3300 vehicles began on august 20, 2010. notification to owners of the 1999 through 2007 ud3300 vehicles IS expected to begin at the end of january 2011 . owners may contact nissan diesel at 972-756-5500.

- 10032306Nissan: exterior lamp fogging. Occasionally water IS noticed in the exterior lamps. This IS generally not due to a defect. All current exterior lamp assemblies are vented to the atmosphere (not sealed). This IS necessary to allow for expansion and contraction of air from temperature variations (warmer or colder) without damage to the lamp. Moisture in the air sometimes travels into and out of the lamp assembly through these vents. Certain environmental conditions may cause moisture to condense.
