A firestone tire broke a belt in june, 2000 which caused a bulge. the tire was replaced on june 22, 2000. another firestone tire had tread separation and a blow out on september 1, 2000 causing damage to the recreational vehicle. both tires were purchased together and I believe have the same dot number and were manufactured in decatur, ill. *ak (dot number: 493 tiresize: 8.75r16.5)
