An unstable step tread can increase the risk of an injury.
Remedy
REV will notify owners, and dealers will install new screws to properly secure the support for the interior steps, free of charge. The recall began on April 21, 2017. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for the recall is 170228REV.

- 10129764The purpose of this Product Upgrade Owner Notification Letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2016-2018 American Coach brand American Dream, American Eagle, and American Revolution, Class A motorhomes, manufactured between February 5, 2016 and April 27, 2017, about Product Upgrade 170906REV. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade campaign, SAE Grade 5 or 8 bolts should have been used to attach the leveling jacks to the jack brackets. If SAE Grade 5 or Grade 8 bolts were not used to install the leveling jacks, the mounting bolts will need to be replaced.
