Risk and remedy
Risk
If the potentiometer wires detach and are reconnected incorrectly, there is an increased risk of a fire.
Remedy
REV will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the potentiometer and solder the wires or replace the control panel, if necessary, free of charge. The recall began on May 14, 2018. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 180315REV.

Risk
An electrical short can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
REV Recreation Group will notify owners, and dealers will inspect, and if necessary, install a gasket for each affected harness pin connector and re-route harnesses that terminate near luggage compartment number five, free of charge. The recall began on February 15, 2018. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 171213REV.

- 10166972The purpose of this Product Upgrade owner notification letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2015 American Eagle, model year 2015-2016 American Heritage, model year 2015-2016 American Tradition, model year 2016 American Allegiance, model year 2016-2019 American Dream, model year 2017-2018 American Revolution, and model year 2020 American Revolution class A diesel motorhomes about Product Upgrade 190827REV. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the rear air deflector, mounted to the rear fiberglass cap, was attached with a series of brackets and screws. The brackets used in this application had slots in certain areas where they attached to the cap. Over time, these brackets could shift or slide within the confines of the slots. This movement can cause the rear air deflector to become slightly misaligned. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the rear air deflector, mounted to the rear fiberglass cap, was attached with a series of brackets and screws. The brackets used in this application had slots in certain areas where they attached to the cap. Over time, these brackets could shift or slide within the confines of the slots. This movement can cause the rear air deflector to become slightly misaligned."
