  TL* the contact owns a 2016 BMW k 1600 gtl motorcycle. While driving 35 mph, the contact heard a loud knocking sound. The vehicle was taken to eurotek-okc BMW, ducati, & triumph motorcycles (417 hudiburg cir c, oklahoma city, ok 73108) where the dealer stated that the noise was normal and originated from either the gear box or the transmission. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no failure with the motorcycle. The motorcycle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 77.

• 10203319BMW Motorrad has ascertained that Keyless Ride radio keys produced before March 28, 2014 have faulty software. This can result in the radio key ceasing to work; resulting in the engine not being able to start. If the radio key stops working while riding, the warning and indictor lamps light up to indicate the fault but the engine will not stop running until it is shut off.
