This condition may cause inadequate sealing and loss of engine oil, possibly resulting in a fire.
Remedy
Honeywell will replace the affected oil filters free of charge. the recall began during november 2007. owners can contact fram customer service toll-free at 1-800-890-2075.

The auto park brake on our 1992 safari motorhome on a chevy P30 chassis locks up when put into park and will not release. more significantly the auto park brake attemps to lock while in motion. After reviewing the www, I have learned this IS a common problem that many rvers face. The GMC workhorse dealer that IS responsible for this chassis cannot repair the problem. Gm does not appear to provide a solution. Many rvers are reporting that their "solution" IS to disable the parking brake. This IS obviously undesired.*ak
