Risk
In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Forest River will notify owners, instructing them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall began on December 27, 2017. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-800-348-7440, or Kidde customer service toll free at 1-855-262-3540, or online at www.kidde.com and click on "Product Safety Recall" for more information. Forest River's number for this recall is 51-0544.
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018 Forest River Dynamax, Forester, Sunseeker, and Coachmen Prism vehicles built on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. Risk
Operating the vehicle with low front tire pressures may result in tire damage, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Forest River will notify owners, and authorized Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner Sprinter dealers will inspect and replace the tire pressure label with correct tire inflation pressure, free of charge. The recall began on September 5, 2017. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-854-888-3214. Forest River's number for this recall is 35.55.215-0491.

2018 Coachman Prism 14K miles. I've always had issued maintaining the correct air pressure in my rear tires. On 3/3/23 I took my RV to Discount Tire to have my tires checked. The technician pointed out where the rims were leaking at the welds. This same defect was observed on the wheel next to it.…
2018 Coachman Prism 14K miles. I've always had issued maintaining the correct air pressure in my rear tires. On 3/3/23 I took my RV to Discount Tire to have my tires checked. The technician pointed out where the rims were leaking at the welds. This same defect was observed on the wheel next to it. Discount Tires has provided a written statement of their findings. I called the service advisor at my local sprinter dealer; they informed me that this issue would NOT be under warranty. Although my tires appear to be in good condition, the effects of running tires on low pressure could significantly reduce tire life and increase risk to operator and passenger safety. Currently there are 6 Complaints submitted for the same issue. At what point does this get escalated to an investigation?

The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact called the manufacturer at 855-262-3540 where it was advised that the part would be sent out however, the contact had not received the replacement fire extinguisher. - 10189519As per Mercedes Interim Recall Notice 21V042, one or more of the rear-wheel speed sensors may experience an electrical failure, which potentially could lead to a disablement of the Electronic Stability Control control unit functions. If ESP control unit functions are disabled, vehicle driving stability may be impacted under certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash.

This addendum to the WSS coverage applies to the vehicle regardless of ownership.
- 10185508As per Mercedes-Benz Recall 2020-545; MBAG has determined that on certain Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles, the hydraulic power steering return line hoses might detach at their connection points under certain operating conditions, which could cause hydraulic fluid to leak, resulting in the loss of power steering assist. If the hydraulic power steering hose detaches, the driver will still have manual steering functionality, but increased steering effort will be needed, particularly at low speeds. Sudden loss of power steering assist as well as the loss of hydraulic steering fluid to the road surface may increase the risk of a crash.

This does NOT occur on all units, but may be present on units with serial numbers starting with MB between 805xxxxx and 820XXXXX. The visual cosmetic defect in no way affects the performance, operation, safety, or function of the refrigerator and does not represent a non-compliance issue to one or more of the FMVSS standards or result in a risk of personal injury, death, vehicle crash, or property damage.?
