Certain motor homes and travel trailers equipped with a two-door refrigerator, manufactured by the dometic corporation, may have a defect in the boiler tube. pressurized coolant solution could be released into an area where an ignition source (gas flame) IS present.
Risk and remedy

Release of coolant under certain conditions could ignite and result in a fire.
Remedy
Fleetwood will be working with dometic in order to repair these refrigerators (please see 06e076). dometic will repair these refrigerators by installing a secondary burn housing, a thermal fuse, and a melt fuse free of charge. dometic has retained stericycle inc. To manage this campaign. stericycle will assist you in locating dealerships or service centers and will provide assistance with scheduling of appointments. owners may contact dometic/stericycle at 1-888-446-5157 or fleetwood at 1-800-322-8216.
Vehicle description: motor homes. the power steering gear box hydraulic lines are routed too close to a sharp edge. this can cause the lines to rupture and result in a hydraulic fluid leak.
Risk and remedy

This fluid leakage can cause loss of the power steering assist feature.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect, replace or repair damaged hoses as necessary, and relocate the affected hydraulic lines.

Michlin 235-80-22.5 tire blew out (right inner dual side wall).traveling at 60 mph. just had motorhome weighed at each cornerat rally in texas 2 days before blowout and it was within weight and tire pressure limits. 2000 discovery (36,000) miles caused $3100.00 damage to body. 2 weeks later while doing maint. Discovered muntiple bulges in both front tires. Replaced them and now am replacing left rear duals for fear they will blow! The dealer tells me they are on back order from michlin and they don't even know when they can get any. I think 6 tires at 36,000 miles IS a problem!! I have photos of blown out tire and damage. *Ak

While driving, the vehicle suffered a blow out on one of the tires. the blowout caused a 9 inch tear in the sidewall. michelin has not responded to consuemrs request for a prorated adjustment of the replacement. the tire IS a michelin xrl 235/80r 22.5 *jg *dt

When driving down the highway, the door inadvertenly opens, consumer states the dead bolts have been known to fail, the motorhome has been to the dealer twice, the first time they replaced the door with another bad door, the second time they adjusted the lock which did not help either, and IS scheduled to go back for a 3RD time.*jb

Left rear outside blew out. Supposdly caused by a "screw" approx 1 1/4 inch. Tore cabling apart without cuasing a leak. Posssible but not probable. A tire so large to cuase to blow outby something so small. *Ak (dot number: B6BJ bvjx tiresize: 735/80/225)

Consumer purchased the motorhome with the cummins 1sb300 engine, however the engine has experienced problems, the new units were installed with faulty oil pressure sensors which has to be replaced, then the fuel line broke leaking fuel due to a defect which was known by the manufacturer. Consumer has information relating to 1SB drainline replacement. *mjs
