While driving 50 mph the vehicle was involved in a head on collision. The front air bags did not deploy. The passenger and driver sustained severe bruising to their bodies. Please provide additional information. *Jb

The consumer took the vehicle to the dealer to have the recall (00v-424 or 01i-008) work for the fuel system performed but the dealer notified the customer that since the vehcile was not having any problem that the could wait up to a year for repairs, the customer IS concerned that the vehicle will have to catch fire before the dealer repairs the vehicle. nlm

Van would backfire and stall when I cam to a stop after being on the highway say for 20 miles or so. at the fuel pump we found burnt wire on the pump in the fuel tank.
