When my 08 F-250 diesel IS driven in the rain on the highway at a constant speed, then accelerate to pass or go up a grade it has a hesitation and white smoke or steam. Ford replaced the cac with a new one this did not fix the problem. I filed a complaint with ford they how ever have no answers as of 15/feb/2011 I filed the complaint back in september of 2010. *tr

- 10039129Ford: the malfunction light may be on with a lack of power. Htere may be mulitple trouble codes stored. 2008 f-250/350/450/550.
- 10039053Ford: if there IS an intermittent lack of power, surge, or hesitation while driving the brakes will override acceleration.
- 10034631Ford: supply/return lines installation at high pressure pump-revised washer for trucks equipped with 6.4L engines. When installing supply or return lines at high pressure pump on diesel engines, do not use the bonded style washer (w302870), use only the hybrid style washer (w303659).
- 10029029Jerr-dan: anti stall feature for ford f series light duty chassis with V10 gas engine and an engine drive clutch pump. Model years unknown.
