  I am experiencing a failure in the factory wheels on my 2009 ford F250. the cracks are very large, like a separation in the alloy, they are not from the edges as most cracks are, and measure approximately 4-5 inches. this IS my third failure in less than 1 year. all are almost identical, all have happened on the front, and have had no signs of impact. it IS my strong opinion that this particular wheel has not been engineered correctly for the weight of the front end. this has put me in a huge safety risk and I have been unable to be taken seriously from the manufacturer. please allow me the opportunity to send some pictures. the first rim I returned for the core credit. I have the second rim in my possession, and it IS currently in the shop with the 3RD crack. *tr

• 10183758Some 2009-2016 E-Series, F-Super Duty, 2009-2015 F-53 Motorhome and 2011-2015 F-59 Stripped Chassis vehicles equipped with a TorqShift transmission and a transmission built on or before 12/15/2015 may exhibit a MIL with DTCs P0751, P0730 and/or P2700
• 10155565Some 2009-2017 Expedition/Navigator, 2009-2014 F-150/Mustang, 2008-2009 Sable, 2008-2019 Taurus/Flex/MKT, 2013-2019 Police Interceptor Sedan/Utility, and 2011-2019 Explorer vehicles may exhibit inoperative or intermittent HVAC blower motor function at various fan speed settings. This may be due to a poor electrical connection at the blower motor speed control. If the blower motor speed control is determined to be the causal part, replacement of the electrical connector pigtail harness (14S411) to the blower motor speed control is also recommended to avoid repeat repairs. Refer to Wiring Diagram, Cell 5 for recommended splicing procedures. Refer to Wiring Diagram, Cells 54/55 to obtain the service pigtail connector part number.
• 10143079Various vehicles equipped with a 4.6L, 5.4L, 6.8L modular 3 valve engine built on or before 8-Jan-2016 may exhibit symptoms that may include upper end engine noise, rough running, misfire and/or engine damage. If diagnosis leads to only camshaft/camshaft roller follower(s) requiring replacement, replace all of the camshaft roller followers on both banks/cylinder heads with part number 3L3Z-6564-A, not just the faulty roller follower(s). When replacing the camshaft roller followers, refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 303-01.

Access to this site is granted through Dealer Program Enrollment System (DPES) and Dealer Principal, General Manager or Parts and Service Director can authorize users. Once authorized the retrieval process for master code can be obtained. The master code for the Accessory Keyless Entry Keypad cannot be retrieved from the body control module(BCM) with a diagnostic tool.

• 10137113Replacing the original equipment SYNC/Navigation system with either an aftermarket SYNC/Navigation kit or modifying original SYNC/Navigation parts to provide additional features is not recommended nor supported on any Ford, Mercury or Lincoln vehicle. Only approved Genuine Ford accessories or originally installed systems are supported and certified to function correctly with other vehicle systems. If you suspect a system has been modified, the following resources can be used to verify original equipment: Monroney Label (Window Sticker), Professional Technician Society (PTS) OASIS tab  select SYNC or HVBOM. For Genuine Ford accessories use: PTS Workshop Tab  select Dealer Installed Accessory or Accessory Installation.
• 10109070The Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) manual has been revised for diagnosing electronic throttle bodies (ETBs). The ETC_ACT and ETC_DSD PIDs should not used to diagnose possible ETB concerns. The IDS has a limited refresh rate when reading these PIDs and cannot display quickly enough to validate a concern. The PCM automatically monitors these inputs more accurately and will set diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) when appropriate. Using these PIDs for diagnostics will lead to inaccurate results and improper ETB replacements. If a concern is intermittent and no DTCs are present, refer to historical DTCs and the PC/ED, Section 3 No DTCs Present Index chart for further information.
• 10039053Ford: if there IS an intermittent lack of power, surge, or hesitation while driving the brakes will override acceleration.
• 10038965Comm-trans lund: some 2009-2011 models may have the air bag inicator flashing with a stored trouble code. This IS a software problem.
• 10033139Ford trucks: on some trucks equipped with a 6.4L diesel engine, with less than 5000 miles, may exhibit diagnostic trouble codes p0404 and/or p1335. This may be due to weld slag/debris, from turbo up-pipe manufacturing process, being stuck in the egr valve and preventing it from seating properly. Models f super duty-f250-f550.
• 10032625Ford: shudder or vibration on acceleration, especially when loaded. Some super duty vehicles with single rear wheels (srw) and dual rear wheel (drw) may exhibit an excessive drive away shudder or vibration under moderate to heavy acceleration from a stop, especially when heavily loaded.
