Risk and remedy
Risk
Failure of the axle bracket attachment to the trailer frame rail while the trailer IS being operated could result in the axle becoming separated from the trailer frame. this condition could lead to a vehicle crash.
Remedy
Haulmark will notify owners and dealers will repair the trailers free of charge. the safety recall IS expected to begin on or before july 6, 2009. owners may contact haulmark at 1-800-348-7530 ext. 292.

Frame support components are failing. Obvious cracking and bending issues from main frame rails to outer walls.

Our trailer had complete structural frame failure due to sub standard steel used on frame , welding breaks and welding failures , out rigger support failure leading to bowing and side wall failure . The trailer began to leak in the rain due to the structural failure .
