Risk and remedy
Risk
If the satellite dish detaches from the roof while driving, it can increase the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy
REV will notify owners, and dealers will resecure the satellite dish to the roof with a metal reinforcement, free of charge. The recall began on May 14, 2018. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 180322REV. Note: This recall supersedes recall 17V-802. Any vehicle repaired under that campaigned is not included in this one as the remedy for both recalls is the same.

On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade campaign, SAE Grade 5 or 8 bolts should have been used to attach the leveling jacks to the jack brackets. If SAE Grade 5 or Grade 8 bolts were not used to install the leveling jacks, the mounting bolts will need to be replaced.

- 10081147The purpose of this product upgrade notification letter IS to notify certain monaco brand motorhome owners of an available product upgrade. A ground wire, needed for the dash air conditioner units condenser fan to operate, may have been omitted, thus preventing the fan from activating. If the condenser fan does not operate, the dash air conditioner may fail to cool the dash air to the customer's satisfaction. The addition of the ground wire will correct this condition. The identification number assigned for this upgrade IS #160527rev.
- 10081102Product upgrade service bulletin 160527rev: the purpose of this product upgrade service bulletin IS to provide rev dealers the instructions for adding a ground wire to an existing connector to the wire harness for the dash-mounted denso air conditioning system. A ground wire, needed for the dash air conditioner units condenser fan to operate, may have been omitted, thus preventing the fan from activating. If the condenser fan does not operate, the dash air conditioner may fail to cool the dash air to the customer's satisfaction. The addition of the ground wire will correct this condition. The identification number assigned for this upgrade IS #160527rev.
