• 11008343It has come to Tiffin Motorhomes attention that certain Midas Motorhomes were built without mudflaps for the rear tires. The mudflaps prevent debris or other road hazards from damaging any sub-floor body structure.
• 11008330Regarding FORD's Customer Satisfaction Program 24B39: On vehicles involved, thrust bearing damage may occur as a result of repeated high-torque launches consistent with severe-duty package delivery applications. Over time, fatigue failure of the thrust bearing can create loose metal debris in the system and distribute it throughout the transfer case, damaging other internal components and affecting vehicle performance. Software is now available to repair you vehicle. In the interest of customer satisfaction, Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to update the All-Wheel Drive Module (AWDM) software free of charge under the terms of this program. This Customer Satisfaction Program will be in effect until August 31, 2025, regardless of mileage. Coverage is automatically transferred to subsequent owner.
• 10252307Vehicles involved may have an inadequate amount of lubricant in the rear axle, which is needed to properly coat the internal bearings. Insufficient lubricant may cause the bearings to overheat and fail. You may initially experience grinding noise, bearing whine, a burnt odor, fluid leaks, and/or vibration at various speeds from the rear of the vehicle.
