Severe engine coolant leak, overheating, and emergency stopping to prevent engine seizure. The vehicle was in motion, on a city street. had to be walked home. eventually towed to dealer. the dealer informed me the vespa's engine had to be removed from the frame and discovered a blown head gasket. vespa has 3,400 miles. has been maintained according to manual. believe this IS a safety issue as the coolant completely leaked out almost immediately. With no warning. Fortunately driving slowly at the time.
