The defect

Navistar, Inc. (Navistar) is recalling certain 2018-2019 International WorkStar, DuraStar, LoneStar, LT, ProStar, RH and IC Bus HC, 2018 International TranStar, 2019 International HV and MV trucks and transit buses.
