The steering column shaft nut retaining clip may be missing. Under certain conditions, the lack of a retaining clip will allow the nut to work loose and the steering wheel to separate from the steering column.
Risk and remedy
Risk
Steering wheel separation from the steering column canresult in complete loss of steering control and a vehicle accident.
Remedy
Inspect steering assembly for a steering wheel nut retaining clip. If clip IS missing, install a steering wheel nut retaining clip, or have a dealer inspect and install a clip. Fleetwood advises owners not to operate the motorhomes until a steering wheel nut inspection and clip installation IS completed.
Metal formed ends of seat belt anchorage bar may be cracked.
Risk and remedy
Risk
Seat belt anchorages would not sustain seat belt loads ina crash, increasing the risk of injury to the occupant.
Remedy
Replace top plate weldment, including seat belt anchorage bar, on seat pedestals.
The television mounted in the front overhead cabinet may be insecurely mounted, and could vibrate loose and fall.

Risk
Falling tv could strike the driver or front seat passenger, or could distract the driver's attention, creating the potential for an accident.
Remedy
Add two retaining brackets to prevent the tv from moving out of its cabinet.

While traveling on the turnpike, motorhome lost its right rear outside dual tire from the axle, the tire struck the right rear of the motorhome causing damage to the right side of camper which has a five inch hole from the tire, it was discovered that the center rim wore out resulting in the rear outer tire to break away from the axle. I bought the rv from landrys they were informed from me that the suspension was broke they said they knew nothing of it basically I had to buy it as IS or walk back to minn morryde said they would send me parts for free but I have been told there was a recall and it should have been fixed from the factory.*ak

Owner had numerous power brake boosters replaced which was not the problem.owner states power steering pump hose caused brake booster to go out. also ,steering failure, hose appears to get crimped, causing fluids to backup.owner IS very concerned about the problem. *ak

Flames come up the carburetor inside the cocah and out the tail pipe right at the passenger's side door. michelin tires, radial, 8r195xzalrf, experienced blowout in the middle on the side. tag axle twists and rubs brakes causing lock up, bushings keep falling out. steering column faulty. cruise control does not disengage. *slc
