I was driving my 1995 rv with a ford E350 chassis on the freeway in las vegas approximately five miles from home when I noticed a slight vibration. I traveled another five miles and the rear left outside tire lost it's tread and blew out resulting in damage to the wheel well and dump hose storage. the outside temperature was 110 degrees. my speed was approximately 55 mph. The tires on the vehicle were delta essential lt225/75 R16 and were purchased in 2013. they have been driven 10,000 miles and visually appear to be in good condition. the air pressure IS checked regularly. the mated tire was checked and the pressure was at the recommended 60 psi.
