  I own a savana 2500 conversion 155 wheelbase. I have a lot of problems with the brakes. During braking the steering wheel shakes in my hands. the car has run about 14.0000 miles. If I drive fast I always have this problem, even more in the hills. Please tell me what I can do about…

  I own a savana 2500 conversion 155 wheelbase. I have a lot of problems with the brakes. During braking the steering wheel shakes in my hands. the car has run about 14.0000 miles. If I drive fast I always have this problem, even more in the hills. Please tell me what I can do about it. I checked the discs and braking pads, they look well. It seems to me if the discs become hot I have the problem. I am living in the netherlands, near germany.
