Risk and remedy
Risk
Increased propane pressure can enlarge the flames in gas appliances, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the regulator and test the propane system for leaks, free of charge. Owner notification letters mailed February 25, 2021. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 21-414.

Awning framing LAG bolts not installed correctly during manufacturing, according to Lippert installation instructions. All LAG bolts were overtorqued, spinning in place & not biting in the side of the RV body, creating a transportation critical safety issue. Removed awning, framing & all hardware to transport RV safely to an RV repair shop. They replaced all LAGS with rivets to ensure safety.

- 10178838It has been determined the vehicles in this KSB population may have been manufactured without the 14-2 Romex inverter wire from the bedroom receptacle to the inverter prep in the front pass through compartment. Only units that are being set up with an inverter will require this repair, otherwise the unit works as designed.
