Driving the vehicle for the first time, I noticed immediately the inside middle rear view mirror IS totally unusable in a large van such as this, with very limited view of what or who IS behind the van. it seems an easy fix since the vehicle IS already equipped with a rear camera and monitor to help driver when backing up and putting gear in reverse. all mfr need to do IS keep it on for driver to know who or what IS behind him at all times while driving in place of the mirror. when referred to nissan office, was told to refer it to dealership, who claim several complaints about it and was told can buy a separate camera and monitor for this. I think this IS a safety issue, having learned to drive using the importance of knowing who or what IS behind you while driving. no action from nissan and from dealership for now.

These types of lubricants can be detrimental to the proper operation of electrical components.
- 1023906012 VOLT BATTERY TESTING FOR IN-SERVICE VEHICLES SERVICE INFORMATION The following Service Information lists NNA procedural recommendations for establishing good connections while performing 12V battery testing. These recommendations are expected to promote uniformity during the connection process, therefore reducing the number of incorrect Test with DCA and Replace results. HINT: If 12 volt batteries are allowed to discharge for a prolonged period of time, battery life may be drastically reduced. This condition may lead to premature battery replacement and customer dissatisfaction. IMPORTANT: CPX-900 is now an accepted testing tool to use along with or in place of the DSS-5000 CPX-900 operating instructions are found at: https://nissancpx900.midtronics.com/ DSS-5000 operating instructions are found at: https://nissandss5000.midtronics.com/ DCA-8000 is now a required testing tool to be used for all warranty replacement decisions. The DCA-8000 is also a more efficient charger than previously available, and will charge any available 12 volt lead acid battery safely and accurately as long as all precautions and inputs are made correctly. Use the vehicle tables in this bulletin to determine the current software version, if the AV Control Unit requires a software version update, and which procedure to use to update the AV Control Unit. The software updates in this bulletin are to address stability improvements and bug fixes. IMPORTANT: If the customer is experiencing a software related concern, refer to NTB21-038 to verify if the customer concern is a hardware or software related issue. If the concern is a software related issue, review the information in this bulletin to update the AV Control Unit as needed.

- 10227268DRIVE SHAFT BOOT SERVICE INFORMATION SERVICE INFORMATION If a Drive Shaft (Axle Shaft) Boot on an APPLIED VEHICLE is found to be leaking grease, AND There is no abnormal noise or obvious CV Joint risk due to water intrusion and/or complete grease loss, check for REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) availability. If there is a REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) available for the vehicle being repaired, do NOT replace the axle. Install a new boot kit following the procedure in the ESM. o Refer to the ESM: TRANSMISSION & DRIVELINE > FRONT AXLE > REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION > FRONT DRIVE SHAFT BOOT o If the complete axle (drive shaft) is replaced when only a new boot is required, the over-repair may be charged back to the dealer. If there is NOT a REPAIR KIT-DUST BOOT (CV Joint Boot Kit) available for the vehicle being repaired, refer to the ESM for further diagnostic information. IMPORTANT: When servicing vehicles with staked axle nuts, refer to NTB21-013 to prevent Drive Shaft thread damage.
- 10222725NOISE AND/OR VIBRATION FROM FRONT OR REAR PROPELLER SHAFT SERVICE INFORMATION If you confirm abnormal noise and/or vibration is coming from the front or rear propeller shaft of an APPLIED VEHICLE, inspect the propeller shaft journals (U-Joints) for binding and/or abnormal noise before replacing the propeller shaft. If binding and/or abnormal noise is confirmed from the propeller shaft U-Joints, replace the propeller shaft U-Joints. Refer to the ESM for the propeller shaft U-Joint replacement procedure. NOTE: Replacement of the propeller shaft due to noise and/or vibration caused by the propeller shaft U-Joints may result in warranty charge back.
- 10213684SERVICE INFORMATION FOR FUEL GAUGE INACCURATE WITH DTCS STORED IN ECM SERVICE INFORMATION If a fuel level sensor has been diagnosed as sending an incorrect level signal, and one or more of the following DTCs are stored in the ECM, do not replace the entire Fuel Level Sensor Unit, Fuel Filter and Fuel Pump Assembly (fuel pump assembly). The fuel level sensor can be replaced separately.
