Vehicle description: light duty pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles, 2 and 4-wheel drive. solder joints near the wiring harness connector can crack causing the windshield wipers to work intermittently.

Dealers will retorque the upper and lower bolts to correct specifications.
Fan blade rivet breakage can occur causing the fan blade to separate from the spider.
If this occurred while the hood was open, a person working under the hood of the vehicle or in the vicinity of the vehicle could be struck by the fan blade and injured.
Dealers will inspect and replace, if necessary, the fan with a newer fan having thicker-headed rivets.

Passenger side rear wheel does not line up with front wheel. passenger side rear wheel IS inward approximately 1 to 2 inches. drivers side rear wheel line up perfectly with the front drivers side wheel looking from front to back and vice versa. 1995 chevrolet S10 developed a problem with the egr valve clogging as well as problems with the brakes.***no answer required***. *Mr the manufacturer fixed this problem about two years ago but it has failed again. this IS the fourth time it has failed. *nm
From what I have been able to find out, there IS a carbon build up in the engine, and when some of this carbon flakes off it causes the egr valve to stick open slightly. This in turn causes the engine idle very erratically and most of the time causes the engie to stall. This always occurs when slwoing down and stopping which IS quite the safety hazard as when the vehicle begins to lose power and stall all the power options such as steering and brakes are also lost. this has almost caused me to rear end people numerous times especially in situations when I have had to stop quickly. I was informed by my mechanic that this actually a recall and wheni contacted chevrolet they said it was not an official recall but if my vehicle had less than 75,000 miles on it I could have the problem fixed. Of course I had more than 75,000 miles and so they refused to do anything. other than this my truck runs great and I like it but it will cost approximately $700-$1000 to have this fixed and in all honesty it IS not my fault that my truck did not break until after the 75,000 mark. Instead I am being forced to get a new vehicle and spend money I should not have to because the truck IS unsafe to drive and the reapirs are to expensive in comparison to the actual value of the truck.
