  The dashboard of my 2020 is350 that I have had for less than a month IS already scuffed. I was simply trying to swipe a piece of hair off of the dash and it left a scuff on the dashboard that will not come out. I am devastated as I spent $50,000 on this car and have always taken immaculate care of…

  The dashboard of my 2020 is350 that I have had for less than a month IS already scuffed. I was simply trying to swipe a piece of hair off of the dash and it left a scuff on the dashboard that will not come out. I am devastated as I spent $50,000 on this car and have always taken immaculate care of my vehicles; however, simply wiping the dash has caused irreversible scuffs. After researching this issue, I do see hundreds of other lexus owners having this same issue. IS there an existing recall for this that can be extended into the 2020s? I have never had this issue with any other luxury vehicles that I've ever owned for 5+ years.

These concerns can be caused by changes made on the customer?s phone. Make sure to inquire with the customer if the connectivity concerns occurred after receiving an operating system update on their phone or if they have restored their phone data/settings recently.

In addition, some models may also utilize retaining clips for passenger side and rear seat floor mats. During Pre-Delivery Service (PDS), follow the appropriate Installation Procedure to attach the driver side, and if applicable, the passenger side and rear seat floor mats to the vehicle carpet using the floor mat retaining clips.

• 10179766TSB: Some 2018 ? 2020 model year Lexus vehicles equipped with the Enform? 2.0 Navigation System require a Special Service Tool (SST) USB flash drive to update the map, points of interest, and system software. The SST is used with applicable vehicles to deliver the update; however, the process for generating license keys differs from previous generations. Before attempting to perform a map update, the head unit?s expiration date must be checked. If the expiration date is still valid, a license key may be generated without the use of an activation card number. Updating the maps without the use of an activation card number is considered an Embedded Navigation Update (refer to pg. 10) and performing this process does not extend the duration of telematic map services. If the head unit?s expiration date is expired or will expire within the next 90 days, it should be recommended to the customer to purchase an activation number. Utilizing an activation number will initiate a Dynamic Navigation Update (refer to pg. 4). This Dynamic Navigation Update will perform the Embedded Navigation Update and provide telematic map services for a period of two years from the day that the Dynamic Navigation Update is performed. Activation card numbers are provided in an activation card number pamphlet available through the normal parts ordering system.

This Service Bulletin provides best practice procedures for vehicle pulling complaint, diagnosis, and repair for 2002 ? 2021 model year Lexus vehicles. This information supplements Repair Manual procedures when the symptoms are: ?Vehicle Pulling: The vehicle moves to the right or left when the driver holds the steering wheel while driving straight ahead without exerting steering effort. ?Steering Wheel Off Center: The vehicle travels straight, but the steering wheel is not pointed straight ahead. The vehicle is not pulling. Before repairing a vehicle pulling to one side, it is necessary to clearly identify the cause of the pulling condition. Frequently, pulling to one side is diagnosed as a wheel alignment concern. However, the actual cause may be related to the lateral force generated by the tires, vehicle damage, road crown or worn components. Performing a wheel alignment when tire force is the cause could result in the wheel alignment being set at a value outside of specifications. This could then cause other problems such as uneven tire wear, etc. A customer may notice a pull to the left when in the left lanes of travel and notice a pull to the right or no pull when traveling in the right lanes of travel on the very same section of roadway. This road crown effect is environmental and cannot be corrected with suspension adjustments or any other wheel or tire modification discussed in this bulletin.

• 10174907TT: After performing a battery test using the DCA-8000 battery diagnostic charger and the battery health has been considered a ?Good? condition, the DCA will automatically enter a post-test charging mode. In the post-test charging mode, the DCA analyzes the current state of charge of the battery and automatically begins to charge the battery to a fully charged condition, 100% state of charge. The time required to charge the battery to full will vary. Once the DCA enters the post-test charging mode the battery test has been completed, and further charging can be conducted under the Technician?s discretion. Selecting ?Stop? will cancel the automatic charging of the battery and return the user to the DCA results screen. The test results and charge time can be printed or emailed from the results screen.
