ABC BUS Inc is recalling certain 1999-2013 Van Hool C2045, 2004-2013 Van Hool T2145, 2013-2022 Van Hool TX45, 2013-2023 Van Hool CX45, and 2016-2022 Van Hool CX35 vehicles. The incorrect glaze may reduce the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and install a nontransparent vinyl cover over the window as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 20, 2026. Owners may contact ABC Bus customer service at 1-877-427-7278. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning April 30, 2026.
