I received a safety recall from lexus sometime last year, although I don't know exactly when. there IS no date on any of the information that was sent to me, but I believe it was sometime last summer. nothing has happened to my car, yet, but I don't believe a "safety" recall notice should take months and months to be fixed. when I got the notice, I called my lexus dealership and asked when I could expect my car to be fixed and they said they did not know when they would get the part and would let me know. I have never heard from them. this recall IS for a low pressure fuel pump which could cause the vehicle to stall while driving. to confirm, so far nothing has happened to my car. nhtsa no. 20V-682 I am putting today's date in the area of "when did this happen".
