Replace the brake lamp switch with an improved version.
The right rear metal brake line could come in contact with the top of the right rear shock absorber. This could lead to an eventual fluid leak in one of the two brake circuits.

Risk
The leak of fluid from the rear metal brake line couldcause reduced braking effectiveness and increase stopping distance.
Remedy
Reroute rear metal brake lines to avoid contact with the rear shock absorber, and replace brake lines that have contacted the shock absorbers.

Vehicle had a fuel leak. Took to dealer , and dealer stated there was a crack in seam of fuel tank, and fuel leaked around protective plate. dealer replaced fuel tank at 98,000. consumer stated at 158,000 miles vehicle had a fuel leak in same place. Please provide any further information.*ak

To whom this may concern, my left rear tire on my 1990 range rover suffered a flat which caused damages uncommon for a flat. the tire after inspection elicited a rubber separation which caused substantial damages to my truck. after the tire blewout on interstate 64, I maintain enough control of the vehicle to pull it over onto the emergency lane. under visual inspection of the blown out tire, I noticed the center tread which completely torn, separated for the tire(pictures were taken and the flat tire IS in its separated form.) the damages that were caused by this flat were a damaged left wheel casing including the mudflap area, the left rear side panel was damaged, the muffler was also damaged along with the rear bumper and the exterior area adjacent to where the tire was "blown off" after the flat suffered damages too. There IS also a noise that the truck makes that was present before this incident. there IS likely more damages to my truck also.. it seemed extremely unsual that a simple flat would cause so much damage that IS why im contacting your organization for assistance. im in the process of contacting michelin tires supplying them with sufficient details of the incident to see what went wrong to my tire. thank you for your time and cooperation. please contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter. respectfully yours, dey nguyen. *ak( dot number: hmdnex144 tire size: 205r16104s )
