  The contact owns a 2004 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that while driving 35 MPH the vehicle T-Bone crashed into a second vehicle. During crash the frontend of the vehicle was severely damaged but the air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained neck, back, shoulder and left arm and left leg injures and was transported to the local hospital. The vehicle was towed to the local impoundment lot. The cause of the failure as not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 180,000.

  Brakes-- I was not having any brake issues at all before this happened: I started braking while pulling into a hotel parking lot but the brake petal went right down to the floor and I had no brakes! I put the car in neutral and pushed down on the emergency brake. I went up a curb but at least didn't hit the building. I had the car towed, explained what happened, and the auto repair shop couldn't find anything wrong with the braking system?? And then, of course, it happened again. I had a different place look at the braking system and I think it was a master cyclinder problem. Electrical- the car has turned off completely while driving, even on the highway. I have to put it in neutral and restart it. Cam shaft sensor is being replaced next week and hopefully that will fix the issue.

• 10229256KEY, Master If replacing the key/FOBIK on a WJ, KJ, TJ, or PT Cruiser, use the "AC" NIC level part number. The "AB" NIC level will not program to these platforms. For all other platforms, if the "AB" NIC level will not program to the vehicle, use the "AC" NIC level part and submit a part warranty.

Mopar offers an alternative product (82213192) which is a water based product approved for sale in the aforementioned states.~ ~ Please inform the customer & your prep dept that spraying excessive amounts of the fabric protector on load floors will result in the breaking down of the adhesive (glue) that is used to create the bond between the fabric (carpet) and the load floor. This will apply to any vehicles equipped with rear load floors such as WK, WD, PM, MK, KA, KK. The carpet will appear to be loose, wrinkly, or bunch up~
