  This airbag problem has been ongoing for several months. the airbag light continues to be illuminated at any speed for the passenger side. this vehicle was recalled in april '14. nhtsa recall 14v-138 was completed on april 17, 2014 and failed on april 19, 2014 and was repeated on april 20,. 2014. it failed again on april 21ST. I contacted the dealer and nothing has happened since and that was over a week ago. I contacted nissan infinity and have a case number now. I feel we are driving an unsafe vehicle and it IS not being corrected. *tr

• 10208943BATTERY QUICK CHARGE NOTICE SERVICE INFORMATION When charging the vehicles 12 volt battery with the high amperage quick charge function, the ignition should never be ON, or turned ON, while charging. Attempting to start the vehicle, or turning the ignition ON, while using the high amperage quick charge could potentially damage the fuel pump control module. Only turn the ignition ON when either the ESM or a technical service bulletin service procedure states to do so, and only while using a battery maintainer or smart charger set to reflash mode, or a similar setting. Battery voltage should not exceed 16V during a reprograming operation.

• 10192728SERVICE INFORMATION The purpose of this bulletin is to give Infiniti dealers guidelines to help determine if windshield breakage is covered under warranty or is the customer?s responsibility. Nissan North America (NNA) is not responsible for damage to glass that is a result of objects striking or scratching the glass. However, NNA is responsible for manufacturing issues such as distorted glass and cracks that are due to improper installation or damage to the glass during vehicle assembly. NNA typically does not find any type of cracks in the windshield due to stress after the dealership PDI. See this bulletin for further detail.
• 10192693SERVICE INFORMATION Windshield "foreign material" that is on the surface of the glass in some cases can be cleaned off with a very particular type and grade of steel wool. * Most any foreign material on the surface of the Windshield can be cleaned off by using #0000 super fine steel wool. >The #0000 grade super fine steel wool can be found in most hardware stores. Our goal is to deliver vehicles to customers with a 12 volt battery in excellent condition. Proper dealership storage and maintenance of vehicle 12 volt batteries is essential to insuring good battery operating life and customer satisfaction. Dealers are responsible for maintaining vehicles in their inventory. 12 volt batteries in vehicle inventory should always be kept at a full charge to prevent excessive discharge during storage and so they are ready for delivery to customers at any time. • 10192479SERVICE INFORMATION Starting with 2010 Model Year, Infiniti vehicles have been gradually incorporating a new type of DTC known as Permanent DTC or P-DTC. If a vehicle is equipped with P-DTCs, all emission related DTCs will also set a P-DTC if the MIL is turned ON. A listing of which DTCs that will also set a P-DTC is found in the DTC Index in the EC-Engine Control section of the Electronic Service Manual (ESM). If a DTC repair is performed and the DTC erased, a vehicle may fail an Emission Inspection and Maintenance test if the P-DTC is not also erased. See this bulletin for further detail.
• 10192475SERVICE INFORMATION If a customer describes lack of power or poor acceleration, perform the following checks before attempting any repair: * Check for stored DTCs. * Check if the driver is resting their left foot on the brake pedal while accelerating. Advise the customer not to rest their foot on the brake while accelerating. * Use CONSULT-III plus in Engine Data Monitor to check operation of the brake lamp circuit signal. • 10192320IF YOU CONFIRM: An applied vehicle has a fuel gauge that registers "empty" after the fuel tank has been filled up full. ACTION: 1. Remove the main fuel level sensor unit, fuel filter, and fuel pump assembly (fuel pump module). 2. Install two (2) new springs onto the fuel pump module. 3. Install the fuel pump module into the vehicle. - For repairs, refer to SERVICE PROCEDURE. See this bulletin for further detail.
